##article.abstract##

This article explores the growing potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in personalizing tourism services,
emphasizing its application in Uzbekistan’s tourism development and digital transformation process. As AI technologies
continue to advance, tourism enterprises are leveraging data-driven tools to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize
operational efficiency, and foster sustainable tourism practices. The study reviews international experiences and
evaluates their applicability to Uzbekistan’s context, particularly focusing on AI-powered personalization, predictive
analytics, and intelligent recommendation systems. The methodology is based on a qualitative analysis of secondary
data, policy documents, and international case studies. Findings indicate that AI technologies can significantly enhance
user engagement, strengthen destination competitiveness, and facilitate the digital modernization of Uzbekistan’s tourism
sector. The paper concludes with recommendations for policymakers, emphasizing infrastructure development, digital
literacy, and collaborative innovation as prerequisites for effective AI integration in tourism.
