##article.abstract##

This article discusses the intersection of digital economy and green technologies as a driver for sustainable
development. The article explains how digitalization through data analytics, automation, and innovation enhances
ecological efficiency and catalyzes green growth. The combination of green technologies with digital technologies
enables the possibility of resource optimization, emission reduction, and circular business model creation. Results of
recent studies indicate that digitalization accelerates green innovation, which subsequently mediates the contribution
of the digital economy to the promotion of sustainable development. The extent, however, is contingent on digital
infrastructure, human capital, institution system, and technological readiness. The article concludes that integration of
digital transformation strategies with green innovation policies is a must for guaranteeing economic efficacy in the long
term and environmental sustainability
