Ushbu maqolada raqamli texnologiyalar asosida sut va sut mahsulotlarini qayta ishlovchi korxonalar
faoliyatini optimallashtirish hamda samaradorligini oshirish masalalari yoritilgan. Ishda IoT sensorlari, kiber-fizik tizimlar,
avtomatlashtirilgan ishlab chiqarish liniyalari, bulutli platformalar va sun’iy intellekt yechimlarining ishlab chiqarish
jarayonlariga joriy etilishi tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli tizimlar orqali xom sutning sifat ko‘rsatkichlari real vaqt rejimida aniqlanadi,
sanitariya-gigiyena talablari nazorat qilinadi, energiya resurslarining tejamkorligi ta’minlanadi hamda ma’lumotlarni qayta
ishlash orqali boshqaruv qarorlari tezkor shakllantiriladi. Shuningdek, blokcheyn texnologiyalari ta’minot zanjiri bo‘ylab
mahsulot kelib chiqishi va autentifikatsiyasini kafolatlashda qo‘llaniladi. Tadqiqot natijalari raqamli transformatsiya sut
sanoati korxonalari uchun raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish, sifat barqarorligini ta’minlash va ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini
barqaror rivojlantirishga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatadi
