Mazkur ilmiy maqolada bank xodimlari faoliyatini baholashda KPI (Key Performance Indicators) tizimining
menejment samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda KPI tizimining bank boshqaruvidagi o‘rni, uning strategik
maqsadlar bilan uyg‘unligi hamda xodimlar motivatsiyasi va boshqaruv qarorlarining sifatiga ta’siri yoritilgan. Ilmiy
adabiyotlar va amaliy ma’lumotlar asosida KPI tizimi banklarda resurslardan samarali foydalanish, boshqaruv jarayonlarini
optimallashtirish va institutsional samaradorlikni oshirishda muhim mexanizm ekanligi asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari
tijorat banklarida KPI tizimini takomillashtirish va menejment samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab
chiqishga xizmat qiladi
