Madaniyatlararo yetakchilik — bu tashkiliy yetakchilikning shunday shakliki, unda menejerlardan
boshqaruvning turli muqobil variantlari orasidan, jumladan, faqat madaniy jihatdan mos keluvchi imkoniyatlarni taqdim
etadigan yetakchilik yondashuvlarini hisobga olgan holda, eng maqbul kommunikatsiya strategiyalarini tanlash talab
etiladi. Mazkur maqolada ko‘p madaniyatli tashkiliy muhitda faoliyat yurituvchi menejerlar orasida madaniyatlararo
yetakchilik kompetensiyasi o‘rganiladi. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi shundan iboratki, tashkilotlar tobora an’anaviy
monomadaniy boshqaruv yondashuvidan voz kechayotganini nazarda tutgan holda, konseptual asos (konseptual model)
ishlab chiqishdir. Tadqiqotning asosiy vazifasi madaniyatlararo yetakchilik jarayonini tahlil qilish orqali menejerlarning qaror
qabul qilish jarayonini yanada aniqroq tushunishga yordam berish, shuningdek, tadqiqotchilar uchun madaniyatlararo
boshqaruv usulini tahliliy jihatdan o‘rganishga imkon yaratishdan iboratdir
