Ushbu maqolada yashirin iqtisodiyotning iqtisodiy mohiyati, uning shakllanish omillari hamda hududiy
iqtisodiy tizimlarga ta’sir etish mexanizmlari tizimli va chuqur tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida yashirin iqtisodiyotni
qisqartirishning nazariy-konseptual asoslari bilan bir qatorda, uning amaliy jihatlari ham kompleks ravishda yoritilgan.
Shuningdek, mazkur jarayonni optimallashtirishda soliq-byudjet siyosatining muhim vosita sifatidagi o‘rni asoslab berilib,
samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan ustuvor yo‘nalishlar keng bayon etilgan.
