Abstract

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy marketing konsepsiyalari asosida xizmatlar raqobatbardoshligini oshirishning uslubiy
jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Global xizmatlar bozorida raqobatning kuchayishi sharoitida qiymat yaratish, mijoz tajribasi va raqamli transformatsiya
omillari o‘rganildi. O‘zbekiston misolida institutsional va bozor cheklovlari baholanib, amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqildi.
