ОЦЕНКА ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ СТЕЙКХОЛДЕРАМИ ПРОЕКТОВ И ПРОГРАММ

Целью статьи является оценка эффективности управления стейкхолдерами проектов и программ
на примере ООО «Yangi Zamon Tuhfasi» и разработка практической модели его совершенствования. В
качестве методов исследования использованы кейс-стади, экспертная оценка, картирование стейкхолдеров
и сравнительный анализ. Установлено, что действующая система взаимодействия с заинтересованными
сторонами в компании носит фрагментарный характер и недостаточно формализована. Научная новизна работы
заключается в обосновании комплексной модели управления, включающей этапы идентификации, цифрового
коммуникационного сопровождения и контроля эффективности через KPI. Автор доказывает, что внедрение
предложенных регламентов и механизмов обратной связи минимизирует проектные риски и обеспечивает
положительный экономический эффект. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в возможности
использования разработанной модели для повышения успешности реализации программ развития на
корпоративном уровне.
