Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida aloqa korxonalarining
raqobatbardoshligini oshirish masalalari yoritilgan. Maqolada aloqa va axborotlashtirish xizmatlari
tarkibidagi o‘zgarishlar, telekommunikatsiya xizmatlari ulushi, raqamli xizmatlarga bo‘lgan talabning ortishi
hamda innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etish zarurati tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, aloqa korxonalarida
raqamli infratuzilmani modernizatsiya qilish, 4G/5G tarmoqlarini kengaytirish, Big Data, sun’iy intellekt,
CRM tizimlari va masofaviy xizmat ko‘rsatish imkoniyatlaridan foydalanish raqobatbardoshlikni
oshirishning muhim yo‘nalishlari sifatida asoslangan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, aloqa korxonalarining
raqobat ustunligi xizmat sifati, tezkorlik, innovatsion xizmatlar portfeli va mijozlar ehtiyojiga moslashish
darajasi bilan belgilanadi.
