Maqolada hudud iqtisodiyotiga yashil investitsiyalarni jalb qilish mexanizmining tarkibiy
komponentlari tizimlashtirilgan va mexanizmlar ta’sir doirasiga ko‘ra tasniflangan. Yashil investitsiyalar
samaradorligini baholashning metodologik tamoyillari asoslanib, beshta tarkibiy qismdan iborat “Mintaqaviy yashil
investitsion jozibadorlik integral indeksi” taklif etilgan, uni hisoblash algoritmi, indikatorlarni normallashtirish va
analitik iyerarxiya jarayoni asosida vaznlash tartibi hamda natijadorlikni baholashning qo‘shimcha ko‘rsatkichlar
tizimi ishlab chiqilgan.
