shakllanish omillari hamda xalqaro ilmiy adabiyotlarda berilgan ta’riflari tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada gastronomik turizmning
milliy imijni shakllantirishdagi o‘rni o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi asosida muvaffaqiyatli milliy brend
siyosatining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari yoritilgan.
