Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida 2019-2025-yillarda davlat-xususiy sheriklik
(DXSh) loyihalarida moliyaviy risklarni baholash va boshqarishning nazariy hamda amaliy jihatlari tahlil
qilingan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi — mamlakat amaliyotini xalqaro yondashuvlar bilan qiyoslash va riskmenejment
tizimini takomillashtirishga oid tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish. Tadqiqot sifatiy yondashuv asosida rasmiy
hujjatlar, XVF, Jahon banki va Xalqaro moliya korporatsiyasi hisobotlari hamda yetakchi ilmiy nashrlarning
kontent-tahlili asosida amalga oshirildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, energetika loyihalarida risklarni taqsimlash
xalqaro amaliyotga muvofiq amalga oshirilmoqda. Biroq loyiha darajasida fiskal risklar va shartli majburiyatlarni
miqdoriy baholashning yagona, majburiy metodologiyasi hali shakllanish bosqichida. Tadqiqotning ilmiy
yangiligi energetika sohasidagi risklarni taqsimlash amaliyotini umumlashtirgan matritsa taklif etilgani hamda
PFRAM modelini milliy darajada joriy etish mexanizmi asoslanganidadir. Tahlil asosida risk-menejment tizimini
takomillashtirishga oid to‘rtta tavsiya ishlab chiqilgan
