Ushbu maqolada transport sohasida investitsion jozibadorlik tushunchasining nazariy mohiyati
tahlil qilinib, uni belgilovchi asosiy omillar tizimlashtirilgan. Investitsiya va investitsion muhit tushunchalariga
nisbatan mavjud ilmiy yondashuvlar qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, transport sohasiga xos investitsion jozibadorlikning
o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, investitsion jozibadorlikni shakllantiruvchi iqtisodiy, institutsional
va infratuzilmaviy omillarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi ochib berilgan hamda mazkur tushunchaning transport iqtisodiyoti
nazariyasidagi o‘rni asoslab berilgan
