TOSHKENT VILOYATI QISHLOQ HUDUDLARIDA AYOLLAR TADBIRKORLIGINI RIVOJLANTIRISHNING IJTIMOIY-IQTISODIY OMILLARI: EMPIRIK TAHLIL

Ushbu maqolada Toshkent viloyatining 11 ta qishloq tumanida 365 nafar ayol tadbirkor ishtirokida o‘tkazilgan
so‘rovnoma natijalari va OLS ekonometrik tahlil yordamida qishloq ayollari tadbirkorligining rivojlanish omillari va to‘siqlari
empirik jihatdan tekshirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, hududiy differensiallashuv statistik jihatdan sezilarli darajada
mavjud (R²=0,676; F=4,756; p<0,001), Toshkent tumani bilan periferik Bekobod tumani o‘rtasidagi oylik daromad tafovuti
β=4,278 (p<0,01) koeffitsiyenti bilan ifodalanadi. Respondentlarning 26,4 foizi norasmiy shaklda, 84 foizi moliyaviy
yordamsiz, 67 foizi infratuzilma cheklovlari sharoitida faoliyat yuritishi aniqlangan. Ushbu empirik natijalar asosida ATIM
integratsiyalashgan modeli (BCR=1,92; NPV=+1,9 mlrd so‘m) va WEFP raqamli portali konsepsiyasi taklif etilgan.
