Ushbu maqolada mehmonxona xo‘jaligida suv va energiya resurslaridan barqaror foydalanishning tashkiliyiqtisodiy
asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda resurs tejamkor boshqaruv mehmonxona xizmatlari tannarxini pasaytirish,
ekologik mas’uliyatni kuchaytirish hamda raqobatbardoshlikni oshirishning muhim omili sifatida yoritilgan. Maqolada
suv va energiya iste’molini rejalashtirish va monitoring qilish, xodimlar mas’uliyatini belgilash, iqtisodiy rag‘batlantirish
hamda texnologik modernizatsiya masalalari o‘rganilgan. Tahlil natijalari asosida mehmonxonalar uchun barqaror resurs
boshqaruvining tashkiliy-iqtisodiy modeli taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot xulosalarida suv va energiya sarfini optimallashtirish
nafaqat ekologik, balki iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirishning muhim manbai ekanligi asoslab berilgan
