Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistondagi temir yo‘l ishlab chiqarish korxonalarini rivojlantirishning tashkiliyiqtisodiy
mexanizmini takomillashtirish masalalari ilmiy jihatdan tadqiq etilgan. Maqsad — mavjud boshqaruv
modellarini tahlil qilish, tarmoqdagi muammolarni aniqlash va raqobatbardoshlikni oshirishga qaratilgan
kompleks mexanizm elementlarini asoslashdan iborat. Tadqiqot jarayonida statistik tahlil, tizimli yondashuv
hamda qiyosiy tahlil metodlaridan foydalanildi. Natijada tashkiliy tuzilmani optimallashtirish va raqamli
transformatsiyani jadallashtirishga asoslangan takomillashtirilgan tashkiliy-iqtisodiy mexanizm modeli taklif
etildi.
