Ushbu tadqiqot talabalar va muassasalarni barqaror yashil iqtisodga o‘tishga tayyorlash maqsadida ta’lim
boshqaruvi tizimlarida «yashil ko‘nikmalar»ni integratsiyalashni o‘rganadi. Aralash uslubdagi kvantitativ modeldan
foydalangan holda, tadqiqot ta’lim boshqaruvi omillari, yashil ko‘nikmalar integratsiyasi va barqaror rivojlanish indikatorlari
o‘rtasidagi statistik aloqalarni regressiya va korrelyatsiya tahlillari orqali aniqlaydi. Bundan tashqari, Analitik Iyerarxiya
Jarayoni (AHP) qo‘llanib, ma’lum kompetentsiyalar, muassasa siyosatlari va boshqaruv amaliyotlarining iqlimga
yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim maqsadlariga erishishdagi nisbiy ahamiyatini aniqlaydi. Tadqiqot natijalari o‘quv dasturi dizayni,
muassasa boshqaruvi va barqarorlik natijalari o‘rtasidagi strategik moslik talabalar tayyorgarligi va tizim chidamliligini
qanday oshirishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi. Siyosatchilar va administratorlar uchun ta’lim boshqaruvi ramkalarida barqarorlik
kompetentsiyalarini ko‘p darajada joriy etishga oid tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi.
