marketing jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish, aniq ma’lumotlarga asoslangan boshqaruv qarorlarini qabul qilish hamda
mijozlar bilan interaktiv aloqani kuchaytirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari ko‘rsatib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari turoperatorlar
uchun raqamli marketing vositalarini joriy etish orqali raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish, xarajatlarni optimallashtirish va brend
