Ushbu maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot kontekstida monopoliyaga qarshi siyosatning o‘zgaruvchan tabiati
tadqiq qilinadi. 2017–2023-yillar oralig‘idagi statistik ma'lumotlar tahlili asosida an'anaviy antitrest vositalarining raqamli
platformalar, algoritmik narxlash va ma'lumot monopoliyasiga nisbatan yetarliligi baholanadi. Yevropa Ittifoqi, AQSH, Xitoy
va Germaniya tajribasini qiyosiy tahlil qilish orqali O‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llanishi mumkin bo‘lgan yangi tartibga solish
mexanizmlari taklif etiladi.
