Maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarida sifat menejmenti tizimi (SMT) doirasida xodimlarni
rag‘batlantirish mexanizmini shakllantirishning nazariy-uslubiy asoslari yoritilgan. ISO 9000 oilasi standartlari
(ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9004:2018, ISO 10018:2020) talablari funksional tahlil qilinib, ularning rag‘batlantirish
siyosatiga qo‘yadigan talablari tizimlashtirilgan hamda motivatsiya nazariyalari (Maslou, Gertsberg, MakKlelland,
Vrum, Adams, MakGregor) sifat boshqaruvi konsepsiyalari (PDCA, TQM) bilan uyg‘unlashtirilgan. Tadqiqot
natijasida sifat maqsadlari – KPI – rag‘batlantirish mezonlari – PDCA monitoringi zanjiriga asoslangan hamda
SMT hujjatlariga integratsiyalashgan rag‘batlantirish mexanizmining konseptual modeli taklif etilgan.
