##article.abstract##

Increasing water scarcity and environmental challenges necessitate the transition from traditional linear
resource management to approaches based on the principles of the circular economy. This study examines organizational
and managerial mechanisms for the efficient use of water resources within the framework of the circular economy. The
research focuses on integrating the principles of reduce, reuse, recycle, and recover into water resource management
systems to enhance resource efficiency and ensure long-term sustainability.
The study applies systematic and analytical approaches to evaluate existing water management practices and identify
opportunities for sustainable transformation. A conceptual organizational and managerial framework for the sustainable
use of water resources is proposed, emphasizing effective governance, technological modernization, and rational resource
allocation. The proposed framework can support the development of sustainable water management policies in regions
facing increasing water stress.
