Ushbu maqolada korxonalar raqobatbardoshligini belgilovchi omillar, bozor sharoitidagi raqobiy vaziyatni
tahlil qilish usullari hamda samarali marketing strategiyasini tanlash jarayoni ilmiy asosda yoritilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida
PEST tahlil, Porterning “besh kuch” modeli va SWOT tahlil kabi zamonaviy strategik baholash vositalari qo‘llanib, korxona
uchun tashqi va ichki omillarning ta’siri chuqur tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, marketing strategiyalarini shakllantirishda
segmentatsiya, pozitsiyalash va Ansoff matritsasi asosida rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari tanlashning dolzarbligi asoslab berilgan.
Maqolada korxona raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda innovatsion yondashuv, mahsulot sifati, brend imiji va mijozlar bilan
samarali muloqot kabi omillarning ahamiyati ko‘rsatib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari raqobat kuchayib borayotgan bozor
sharoitida korxonalar uchun strategik qaror qabul qilishda nazariy va amaliy yordam berishi bilan ahamiyatlidir
