Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming recruitment by improving efficiency and decisionmaking
in human resource management. This study examined the impact of AI-based recruitment systems
on hiring quality using a quantitative cross-sectional survey of 60 HR professionals. The collected data
were analyzed using quantitative methods. The findings revealed a significant positive relationship between
AI-based recruitment systems and hiring quality. The study highlights the importance of integrating AI with
human judgment to ensure effective, transparent, and ethical recruitment practices
